I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your artwork and receive a full refund. This 30‑day cooling‑off period applies to all art prints purchased through my website.
How to Arrange a Return
If you wish to return an item, please use my contact page before sending anything back. In your initial message, please include:
- Your order number.
- The reason for the return (for example: damaged, faulty, or simply no longer wanted).
- Whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement.
This information allows me to direct your return to the correct location and process it quickly. Please do not send items back without contacting me first.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Prints must be returned in the same condition you received them, carefully repackaged in their original or equivalent protective packaging, and the certificate of authenticity must be included.
Refunds
- Once I receive and inspect your return, I will notify you.
- If approved, I will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
- If the returned item shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, I may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund.
Exchanges
I only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you request a replacement in your initial contact, I will arrange this for you.
Sale Items
Discounted or sale items are refundable under the same 30‑day policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Shipping Costs
- If the item is faulty or damaged, I will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
